This course is designed to beginners and students a way to diminish their accent and improve their pronunciation. This course is tailored to each student’s particular level.

The course tells about the system of pinyin. Pinyin is a way to transcribe Chinese characters. The writing of pinyin is similar to English alphabet but there are also many differences. Each Chinese character carries a tone, with a total of 4 tones in standard Mandarin Chinese. The tones are just like consonants and vowels, are used to distinguish words from each other.
